Svenska Karatelandslaget söker Förbundskapten i Kumite
Vill du vara med och leda Sveriges främsta kumiteutövare mot internationell framgång?
Vi söker en engagerad och strategisk Förbundskapten i Kumite som vill vara med och utveckla det svenska landslaget på högsta nivå. Du kommer att ha en central roll i att planera säsongen, ta ut landslag, leda träningsläger samt bygga internationella samarbeten.
I uppdraget ingår bland annat att:
- Ansvara för uttagningar till landslaget och internationella tävlingar
- Planera säsongens tävlingar och läger tillsammans med Förbundskaptenen i Kata
- Leda och strukturera landslagsläger
- Delegera uppgifter till assisterande coacher och tävlingscoacher
- Coacha aktiva vid internationella tävlingar
- Initiera samarbeten med andra nationer, tränare och utövare
Vi söker dig som:
- Har god erfarenhet av att leda, organisera och utveckla inom elitidrott
- Är strategisk, kommunikativ och har en förmåga att se både individens och lagets behov
- Är strukturerad
- Trivs i en roll där du både leder och stöttar
- Har ett starkt engagemang för karate och en vilja att lyfta svensk kumite till nya internationella höjder

Do you want to lead Sweden’s top kumite athletes toward international success?
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Head Coach in Kumite who wants to take part in developing the Swedish national team at the highest level. In this role, you will play a key part in planning the season, selecting national team athletes, leading training camps, and building international collaborations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Selecting athletes for national team and international competitions
- Planning the competition and training camp season together with the Head Coach in Kata
- Leading and structuring national team training camps
- Delegating to assistant coaches and competition coaches
- Coaching athletes at international competitions
- Initiating collaborations with other nations, coaches, and athletes
We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in leading, organizing, and developing within elite sports
- Is strategic, communicative, and able to balance individual and team needs
- Is structured and organized
- Thrives in a role where you both lead and support the athletes
- Has a strong commitment to karate and a desire to elevate Swedish kumite to new international heights
